Following the recent bail granted the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) Nnamdi Kanu, expectations and hope have risen among his family members, friends and associates.

Ohams who is popularly addressed as Kanu’s ‘ personal person’ said: “It’s a special day and a dream come true for all of us, it’s a day that evil never be forgotten by all and sundry.”
He however, said he does not want to believe that the Federal Government will make any attempt to flout this particular order if the court over Kanu’s release.
He said: “No, I don’t think that is possible anymore, I want to believe we have passed that era.”
Kanu was granted bail by Justice Binta Nyako of the Federal High Court in Abuja on Tuesday, April 25.
Nyako ordered that Kanu produce the sureties among whom must be a serving senator, a religious leader of the Jewish religion and a traditional ruler from the South-East region of Nigeria.
His bail was finally signed a few minutes ago after all conditions were met by the IPOB leader.
Reported that a Jewish Rabbi was flown in from Port Harcourt as part of the bail condition.
