Reports in the Independent claims that the United boss has banned his stars from using the social media 48 hours before games in a bid to reduce the amount of information they put up on the internet. The reports also have it that Mourinho has stopped his players from posting pictures of the team bus on Facebook, Twitter and other social media sites.
Prior reports that the Portuguese boss was furious with Luke Shaw after the defender posted a video of himself working out at home as he was recovering from a groin injury. Mourinho’s assistant Rui Faria was said to have also scolded the left-back for what seems like the medical team were not doing their job.
Manchester United have been suffered for form in recent games due to injuries to major players putting their chances of winning the Europa League and making top-four in the Premier League in a balance.
United were stunned to a 1-1 draw against Swansea City last Sunday at the Old Trafford much to the dismay of Jose Mourinho and he can only hope that his new rule will instil some success pills into his squad ahead of their Europa League clash with Celta Vigo on Thursday.
